Martin Luther King Day: A day where many people seek a day off. But many also feel that they can make it a day. A day of service.

Today, Discover Green's MLK Day service project attracted nearly 115 people to remove invasive species, plant native trees, and pick up trash. About 15 other people marking storm drains in Pflugerville.

Great project launch with kids from the neighborhood. 8 of us marked 30 storm drains and put door hangers 98 homes. Join Discover Green on September 11th to mark the storm drains that drain into Lake Pflugerville - and of course FOOD.

Who wants a better room freshener other than aerosol sprays? (Me) This is a simple and easy way:
In a small dish or container, place some baking soda, and leave it in a place in a small room. And let it be! Change the soda if you don't see improvement after a while.
